Mom's Hash


My mom made this hash from leftover pot roast, potatoes and onions, sometimes she would throw in green beans and carrots. I loved it with a little dot of ketchup(when I was younger, everything tasted better with ketchup)! So, for tonight's supper, we are having my country style hash made with venison Cajun burger meat, potatoes from the garden, carrots from the farmers market and onions! YUM!!!!! Thanks, MOM!
