lifestyle change coming!

As you can tell from the title, we are on a quest to change a few things!! I need help with my arthritis and Gordon needs to lower his cholesterol. So, the other day, I DVR Dr. Oz who had Joe Cross on. He was sick and had a immunity problem, so he went to see Dr. Joel Fuhrman and he was put on a juicing diet. So, we are on a experiment to see if it will help us. With summer finally here, it's the perfect time with the farmer's market starting up very soon to juice. We will try this all summer, so please ask how's it going for us!!! We bought a Hamilton Beach Big Mouth juicer. It's not high end, but affordable. Menard's had the best price.
