chicken rice soup

I bought 2 packages of thighs yesterday! So, I baked one and half packages for supper last night(we had a guest) and with the few leftover, I poached the rest! So, today I will finish the soup project! This is what is in the soup: 1 onion finely chopped,3 stalks of celery chopped, 3 carrots chopped which I fried in the soup pot with some olive oil, then I added the cut up chicken and the poaching liquid, added a pinch of rosemary, thyme and sage(dried), after that came to a slow boil, I added 1 cup of brown rice! YUM!!!! Blessings!
