I was looking at another site today and I realized I hadn't done this in a while. I think I did this back 2 years ago. So, I'm hoping I'm not repeating myself.
1. I'm a food snob! I'm kinda picky on pizza, vegetables I love /hate, apples(still love red delicious, though they have been passed by many other apples), I'm not a huge fan of spaghetti and I have forgiven ham for being canned(hate canned ham).
2. I love wearing lipstick, though there again I'm pretty picky on colors.
3. I LOVE biking and I'm now on the look out for a 3 wheeled bike as I'm afraid of falling off my bike with my back issues, that would be bad!
4. I love my blog! I'm not here a lot of the time, but I do love doing this part time thing!
5. I would like to learn how to hook rugs, place mats and etc. using the wool strips.
6. I really don't like to scrapbook. It's too putsy for me. Slap those photos in the book and move on!
7. I LOVE naps.
8. I love peonies! Love the smell, look and fragileness (I don't think that is a word) of them. My mom had the prettiest peonies on the block I think, She could grow them, not me. I have killed 3 plants and now afraid to try again. I hate that they attract ants and then you have to deal with the ant problem!
Well, that is a short list and hopefully I have amused you all! Blessings!!!

girls softball
Yesterday, Gordon and I got the chance to watch the twins play their first game of the season. We were going to go in the morning to watch Kora's game, but she came down with a cold and stayed home. So we got ready slowly and drove in for the afternoon. It was a pretty day then the cool breeze came in with clouds looking like rain any minutes. Just a few drops and it still looked like rain, but held off till we were on our way home. It has rained all night and most of today which we needed badly.
Tomorrow I'm starting Whole 30 eating program. It is suppose to help me feel better with my arthritis, so I'm going to try this for 30 days and I'm looking forward to some relief! So, I made meatballs today so I can take some to work tomorrow for lunch with a salad and some fruit! Then, I need to shop for the rest of the week. Hope you have a great week! Blessings!

Spring has arrived
I think Spring has finally arrived. I see no snow in the forecast, hopefully some rain! Our 3 granddaughters have started girls softball, so we are heading over to watch for the day on Saturday. Games are usually on the weekdays when I can't get off work in time. Gordon smoked some ribs over the weekend and we finished them up tonight, they were so good!! Have a great week and weekend! Blessings!! Check out Smitten Kitchen's post on garlic bread. I'm making it for the weekend!

April
April has been very strange since it came around! It has snowed more days than not. It has snowed more than 3 times on the Robin's tail as the old tale says! This is April 6th snow day. It was that greasy snow that packs together well for snowmen and snowballs! Today it snowed just a little bit ago, but nothing stuck to the ground! Temps are cool! High yesterday was 55, but today its 36. So much for 6 more weeks of winter by the groundhog!! Blessings!!!

Recipe
This is a new to me recipe that has 3, maybe 4 ingredients!
Crescent Roll Cheesecake Bars:
One tube of crescent rolls
one 8 oz softened pkg of cream cheese
1/2 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla or lemon extract
This is for 8x8 pan. 4 of the crescent rolls on bottom of pan, Pat to the edges.
Mix cream cheese and sugar till light and fluffy, add vanilla. Spread on top of rolls. Then gently place the other rolls on top of filling being sure to not tear them apart. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Yum!!!! I made these last week and added blueberries to the filling, that was good!
