corn chowder salad

This recipe was posted on one of my favorite websites, smittenkitchen.com. Deb Perlman makes the best stuff. I didn't deviate from the recipe this time, except I added black pepper. I served it at room temperature. Gordon said it was a keeper! That is always a good thing, thanks Deb!!!! I know she doesn't know me, but I know her! Please check out her website, all recipes are great! Though I have made 6, they were really good!!! This recipe has 5 ingredients, that's my kind of recipe!

The Challenge continues
