Lasagna

I haven't posted a recipe in a long time, so I thought I would today! I got the inspiration for this lasagna recipe from The Pioneer Woman. She has pretty great recipes and very easy, but I made this one even more easier cuz that's how I roll!!
Lasagna recipe:
1 lb of ground Italian sausage meat, browned
1/2 lb of pork sausage, browned with the Italian sausage
1 Jar of your favorite or homemade spaghetti sauce
1 lb of grated mozzerella cheese( I buy the bag)
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cottage cheese
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 teaspoon of basil
1 box of no boil lasagna noodles(because I'm lazy and hate cooking them)
So, I start with a little sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 pan about 1/2 cup, beat the eggs and add the cottage cheese to the eggs with the seasonings,
then add 4 strips of noodles, layer however you want, meat first or cheese, whatever flips your lid.
When you add the cottage mixture to the top of the noodles then add some of the grated cheese, make sure you have some cheese for the very top. Bake at 359 degrees for 60 minutes and then let it cool for 15 minutes before cutting into it. We like it better the next day, so I make mine a day before
, like I did today. YUM, it says it all!!! Ask Gordon!! Blessings, be a blessing to someone today!!I'll add the cooked photo tomorrow, hopefully before we eat it all, just kidding!!!
